the feedback loop piece is so underrated - how often do you see founders actually changing roadmap based on call insights vs just collecting data?

Really depends on the founders. Early on when you are trying to get those first handful of customers, founders tend to listen and pivot to close deals but some teams do drift away from this once product market fit is achieved.
